Could you give me some tips on how to digitally paint?
I have had everything I needed for years now, graphics tablets and software, but I just struggle with technical skill.
I'm primarily a pencilist >.<

there is no special secrets about that
just draw whatever you like, as many as you want.
and eventually find your own way to digital painting.
I do exactly so.
